Bellissimo soggiorno in Salento!
E’ stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo. I proprietari sono disponibilissimi e squisiti. Ottima la pulizia, la casa è stata sanificata prima del nostro arrivo. Spazio esterno sopra le aspettative, con parcheggio privato, doccia esterna e barbecue, giardino molto curato e un patio per colazione o cena vista mare. La posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Pesculose.

a 10 minuti di camminata dal mare in uno dei posti più belli del salento, caldo si ma secco e molto ben ventilato anche a 35°C non abbiamo sentito la necessità di accendere il condizionatore ciò che a Roma dove viviamo è impensabile solo a 28°C. Presenti moltissimi ristoranti e pizzerie nel raggio di 10Km per tutte le tasche e la qualità del cibo è sempre stata un buon compromesso tra qualità e prezzo.
Peccato che siano finite le vacanze!!!!
Ottima location. Appartamento molto pulito e spazioso. I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Spazio esterno sopra le aspettative, fantastico per i bambini. Lidi attrezzati e spiaggia libera vicini.

Cortesia dei proprietari. Pulizia, la casa è stata sanificata prima del nostro arrivo. Appartamento spazioso, silenzioso e spazio esterno molto grande e curatissimo.

Settimana fantastica
L’appartamento era bellissimo e provvisto di ogni confort ma soprattutto pulito. Cosa da non sottovalutare la gentilezza e l’ospitalità di Gino. Poco distante dal mare e isolato da altre case ti permetteva di ritrovarti con amici la sera facendo un po di caciara ma senza dare fastidio a nessuno. Consigliatissimo.

Nice and cozy stay
Perfect location. 10minutes walk to beach or 3 by car with parking possibility for 5-10eur. Maledives del solento beach is the closest one and good for families with children.Well keept garden, ideal for familly with children and safe parking as you can close the door and have a completely closed areal. It is wort to mention that Villa contains two appartments so you would share the areal with another family (if both appartm. are booked, but excellent when you travel with as group). Clean and big apartment. Very kindly host but not speaking english, but their son is on messenger, whats up etc. so no problem.
Vacanze in Salento
La tranquillità e la pace che circondava la casa, ma comunque vicino alla spiaggia di Pesculose. Proprietari super accoglienti e disponibili. Grande giardino e la casa con tutte le comodità necessarie.

Die Lage mit der wunderschönen Aussicht. Die schönen Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terasse vorne und Sonnenaufgänge auf der Terrasse hinten. Der schöne gepflegte Garten und das saubere schöne und zweckmäsig ausgestattete Haus ohne viel Nippes. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend auch wenn sie nicht viel deutsch oder englisch sprechen. Der Sohn spricht englisch. Wir hatten nur Strandhandtücher dabei ( wohl nicht gelesen, das es keine Handtücher gibt) prommt und ohne Aufpreis brachte man uns Handtücher für das Bad. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, großer Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, und man kan Gäste bewirten.
